Base Year: The first 4 of the last 5 completed calendar quarters before you apply.
Calculation Method: We find your two highest-earning quarters, average them, multiply by 0.0385, and apply Washington's benefit rules (minimum $342, maximum $1,079).
Eligibility: You need at least 680 hours of work and wages in at least two quarters of your base year.
